Who This Cooperation Model Is For
This model is suited to brands, importers and sourcing teams that already have defined products and need a manufacturing partner to execute them consistently. It works particularly well for established core styles, replenishment programs, carry-over seasonal products and projects where the buyer already controls the design and technical standard.

Production Basis and Technical Review
The project starts with a review of the buyer’s approved information. Depending on the style, this may include Tech Packs, measurement charts, graded specifications, physical samples, artwork, fabric standards, trim requirements, label files and packing instructions. HENGQI reviews the information from a manufacturing perspective so that open questions can be identified before bulk production.

Material and Trim Coordination
If nominated materials and trims are already defined, sourcing can be coordinated against the approved requirements. If equivalents or alternatives are needed, suitable options can be prepared for buyer confirmation. Particular attention is paid to hand feel, stretch, drape, colour, weight, finishing, lace, elastic, buttons, zippers and other details that directly affect the finished garment.

Sample and Pre-Production Approval
Where required, confirmation samples are used to verify fit, measurements, construction, workmanship, material behaviour, labels and packing before bulk manufacturing. Pre-production approval creates a clear reference point for the factory and helps reduce avoidable differences between the buyer-approved product and bulk production.

Bulk Manufacturing and Quality Control
After approval, production is scheduled against the agreed specification. Quality checks focus on the approved construction, measurements, workmanship, appearance and packing requirements. HENGQI supports both knitted and woven apparel programs across sleepwear, loungewear, women’s fashion, knitwear, sportswear and selected children’s categories.

Packing requirements, shipping documentation and export delivery are coordinated as part of the same order workflow. For customers with mature product specifications, this OEM model provides a direct route from approved technical information to repeatable manufacturing and international delivery.
